Requirements to Create & Maintain a Club

  • Make sure your proposed club is unique

  • Must have at least one advisor

  • Have at least 10 members to start a club (after club kick-off)

  • Hold meetings at least once a month

  • Record all meetings through club minutes

  • Attend all ICC meetings

FAQ

Q: When will the ICC Meeting Dates and Club Minutes Submission Due Dates going to be released?

A: I am planning to release the dates with the new clubs list year.


Q: Will in-person meetings be allowed this year?

A: Yes! In-person meetings will be allowed this year. Please make sure to follow school rules.


Q: What does the approval process look like for new clubs?

A: The approval process is to make sure that there are no overlapping clubs. Similiar clubs will be most likely be merged into one club. However, I cannot merge a new club with an existing club.
