Club Minutes Online Submission Form

Direction for Club Minutes Submission:

This year, Portola ASB will only accept DIGITAL submissions of club minutes (physical copies must still be submitted to your advisor monthly). Your club minutes should be scanned, saved as a PDF, and shared with editing access for all accounts to view the file. Failure to submit your club minutes digitally will result in an immediate strike. The submission process is outlined below:

Club minutes are due on the last day of each month, except for December due to break and finals week. This month’s club minutes are due by September 30th at the end of lunch. The due dates for the rest of the year are as follows:

• October 31st

• November 22nd

• January 31st

• February 28th

• March 27th

• April 30th

All club minutes must be submitted via the digital form by the end of lunch. You may submit club minutes up to two weeks in advance of their due date.
