Club Minutes Online Submission Form
(Submit before turning in your minutes to ASB Office)
Direction for Club Minutes Submission:
This year, Portola ASB will be utilizing a new, dual form of club minute submission. This means that clubs will have to submit their club minutes both DIGITALLY and PHYSICALLY. Failure to submit your club minutes to EITHER of these means will result in an immediate strike. The process for submitting a proper club minute will be outlined below:
Club minutes will be due the last day of every month with the exception of December due to break, plus finals week. So this month’s Club minutes will be October 31 by the end of lunch and the rest of year being the following:
November 30th
January 31st
February 29th
March 27th
April 30th
May 31st
All club minutes must be turned in by the end of lunch (12:40pm) for both digital and physical form.
These club minutes must be submitted to the ASB office by their respective due dates. You are able to submit club minutes up to a week prior to their due date.
