Bulletin Board Posting

1) Create your poster/flyer. (Maximum Size: 8.5 inches by 11 inches)

2) Fill out the Bulletin Board Posting Approval Form.

2) Go to the Activities Office & get stamp approval.

3) Hang up poster/flyer on the bulletin board. ONLY USE STAPLES. DO NOT USE TAPE! (Maximum Two Weeks Before Event/Target Date)

4) Take down poster/flyer after the event. (Maximum One Week Before Event/Target Date)

***Your club's poster/flyer can be put up THREE WEEKS MAXIMUM.***

***You must take down your club's poster/flyer one week after the event/target date. If you do not take it down, your club will receive a strike.***
