What Is Club Kick-Off?
Club Kick-Off is an opportunity for you to promote your club to the school community. This is a great opportunity to fulfill your minimum 10 members requirement for each club.
How will Club Kick-Off Work In Two Days?
Since Portola has 160+ clubs this year, we will be having the event over two days (Wednesday and Friday). There will be a cohort system put in place: Cohort A will be participating in the event on Wednesday and Cohort B will be participating in the event on Friday. You will be assigned to a cohort after you sign up for the event during the Club Kick-Off Interest Meeting on Tuesday (9/21) during Office Hours.
**YOUR CLUB IS SUBJECT TO PARTICIPATE ON EITHER DAY. IF YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE ON A CERTAIN DAY, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME BY EMAIL ASAP**
What Can I Bring To The Event?
Promotional Material (poster, presentation board, computer, signs, etc)
Sign-Up Sheet (paper, electronic, etc)
Table (if you want your own full table)
How Much Space Will I Have?
Each 6-foot table will be shared by two to three clubs. If you would like more space, I recommend you to bring your own table.
